But is it Edible? Foraging Workshop With Pascal Baduar

presented by Bob Dornberger & Misa Lund

Walk along the riverbank for foraging and plant identification focused on edible plants and learn how to be an ethical forager. The walk will be followed by a short demonstration, kimchi, and snacks. Workshop participants will receive a limited-edition booklet with essays and recipes edited by artist Bob Dornberger. Please wear appropriate clothes and shoes, as we will be walking into the LA River area. Some areas around the bank are steep. Hat, sunscreen and water are recommended; bring a cloth bag in case we find anything worth foraging.

This is a free but ticketed and limited-capacity event with RSVP required.
