Notes for Visitors:

  • The Historic 1st Street Bridge spans over the LA River connects Downtown LA and Boyle Heights.
  • The UnderLA performance/projection is viewable from the NORTH sidewalk along the 1st Street Bridge between Santa Fe Ave and Mission Ave: here is the link to the Google location for “CURRENT:LA 1st Street Bridge”.
  • Please plan on an uphill, quarter-mile walk to reach the art viewing location from either side of the bridge (from the corner of Mission Rd and E 1st St, or the corner of Vignes St and E 1st St).
  • Drivers should take note of parking signs and heed any restrictions for street parking.
BIKE ACCESS:

The Historic 1st Street Bridge has easy bike access.
